After a successful first career in international higher education, I embarked on a new journey as a hand weaver, driven by a desire to revive and share incomparable textile emotions.

Guided by my curiosity and passion for style and clothing, I discovered in the art of weaving a world rich in emotional and cultural heritage—one that has been largely forgotten and nearly lost.

I became a hand weaver to revive the timeless and intimate bond we share with textiles

I believe that fabrics can carry intense emotions.

I believe that the weaver’s hand has the power to infuse a fabric with energy, with a vital principle that makes it a living object carrying a unique vibration.

That is what I wanted to share by creating Atelier Le Traon and by hand crafting fabrics of high textile emotion woven from the most precious animal fibers.
